Terms

Prepped is provided by Scouting Ledger LLC, doing business as Prepped ("we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms. Our privacy page explains what we do with your data.

Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email address. Keep access to that inbox to yourself; anyone who can read it can sign in as you.

Plans and billing

  • The Free plan costs nothing.
  • Plus ($4.99 a month) and Pro ($9.99 a month) start with a 7-day free trial, then bill monthly through Stripe until you cancel.
  • Cancel any time from Settings ("Manage subscription"). You keep your plan until the end of the month you've paid for. We don't give partial refunds for unused time.
  • Launch offers (founding members, or a code) give Plus free for a set time with no card. When it ends you move to Free unless you subscribe, and your data stays.
  • If we change prices, we'll email you at least 30 days before your next bill at the new price.

AI summaries

Summaries, takeaways and company labels are written by AI. They can contain errors or miss what matters. Check the original before you rely on anything important.

Your content

  • What you save and upload stays yours. You let us store and process it only to run Prepped for you.
  • Upload only your own LinkedIn data export, not anyone else's.
  • Don't use Prepped to break the law, send spam, or get around anyone's access controls.

Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that abuse Prepped, other people or these terms. You can close your account any time in Settings.

The fine print

  • Prepped is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
  • Our total liability for any claim about Prepped is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia.
  • If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you before the change takes effect.
